With this in mind, we’ve added a new feature to MyDaycare Plus: AI-powered data analysis directly within your reports.

You already have the data. Now let’s make it talk.

MyDaycare Plus reports contain a tremendous amount of information about your childcare center: billing, accounts receivable, attendance, employees, payroll, finances, and much more.

But having the data and quickly understanding what it means are two different things.

A report can contain dozens or even hundreds of rows. You can review it, use groupings, sort columns, drill down into details, or export it to Excel.

Now you have another option: ask artificial intelligence to analyze it for you.

No need to go anywhere else

This is where the “right place” becomes important.

You don’t need to export your report, copy the data into another AI tool, and then try to explain what every column means.

The analysis is available directly within the report you are viewing.

The AI already has the context of the data being analyzed. You can simply ask what you want to know.

For example:

“Which accounts receivable should be addressed first?”

“What are the most important things in this report?”

“Is there anything unusual in this data?”

“Summarize this report and tell me what needs my attention.”

What if you don’t know what to ask?

This may be one of the most interesting parts.

When we look at a report, we usually search for something we already know we want to check.

But what about the things we didn’t think to check?

AI doesn’t make decisions for you

This is an important principle for us.

The goal isn’t to replace your judgment or let artificial intelligence manage your childcare center for you.

It analyzes. It explains. It brings things to your attention. You decide.

You know your childcare center, your employees, your parents, and your day-to-day reality much better than artificial intelligence does.

But when it comes to reviewing large amounts of data, comparing numbers, and looking for things that stand out, AI can become a particularly useful tool.
