  • Transaction history

  • You enter or import data into the service

  • You use export functionality or integrated modules and APIs

5. Consent and Account Holder Responsibility

The account holder represents and warrants that it has all rights, authorizations, and consents required to collect, use, and disclose the personal information processed through MyDaycare Plus , including information relating to children, parents, and staff, in accordance with applicable laws, including Law 25 and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, or PIPEDA.

6. Data Retention and Export

Your data is hosted and processed in Quebec.

At the end of your service, you may request an extraction of your data for a maximum period of three (3) months following termination or expiration of access, in accordance with the terms described in the Terms of Use.

7. Data Transfers Through API Integrations

No data is disclosed to third parties except where necessary for the use of modules or functionality expressly activated by you.

This may include, for example, API integrations with government systems such as the Quebec Ministère de la Famille’s PISG.

In such cases:

  • Only the data strictly necessary to operate the module is transmitted.
  • The data is processed by independent third-party systems.
  • E8C does not control the location of third-party servers and cannot guarantee that such data will be processed or hosted in Quebec.

8. Disclosure to Service Providers

We may disclose your personal information to service providers or technical partners that help us operate MyDaycare Plus , including providers of hosting, security, and analytics services.

These service providers are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and use your information only to provide the required services.
