One Report, Multiple Views

Reports in MyDaycare Plus now support multiple versions — all built on the same underlying dataset. When you open a report, you simply select the version you want before viewing it.

Each version can differ in the columns displayed, the way data is grouped, the sorting order, or the level of detail shown. The data source stays the same; only the presentation changes.

This means a single attendance report, for example, can have one version grouped by child, another by educator, and a third showing only absences — without needing to create and maintain three separate reports.

Fewer reports to manage. Instead of duplicating reports every time someone needs a slightly different view, you maintain one report with several tailored versions. Your report library stays clean and easy to navigate.
