MyDaycare Plus is constantly evolving.

We continue to add new features, improve existing tools, and adapt the platform to the real needs of childcare centres. As the platform grows, it is important that our documents clearly explain how the Service works today.

For this reason, we have updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The new versions will come into effect on July 30, 2026.

Why are we making this update?

Our goal is not simply to add more legal wording.

We want to make our practices easier to understand, clarify everyone’s responsibilities, and explain more transparently how information is used and protected in MyDaycare Plus.

These updates also reflect the continued development of the platform, including new integrations and artificial intelligence features.

What has changed?

The updated documents provide clearer information about:

• the respective responsibilities of childcare centres and MyDaycare Plus;
• account, user, and access-right management;
• the processing and retention of information;
• the use of service providers and external systems;
• integrations with third-party services;
• security measures;
• artificial intelligence features;
• the rules that apply when the Service ends and data is exported.

The Privacy Policy also clarifies that the information processed in MyDaycare Plus is primarily entered, imported, and managed by childcare centres.

When an artificial intelligence feature is used, MyDaycare Plus transmits only the information required to complete the requested analysis or task.

What is not changing?

Our commitment remains the same: to provide a reliable, secure, and transparent platform that helps childcare centres simplify their daily management.

These updates are intended mainly to explain our practices more clearly and prepare MyDaycare Plus for future features and improvements.
