Even with the best organization, some information can still go unnoticed.
An unusual billing situation? An unexpected piece of data? A trend that is starting to emerge? A small detail that, on its own, may not seem important?
That is exactly why we created the virtual employees of MyDaycare Plus.
Their role is simple: analyze your data and bring your attention to things you may not have noticed.
For now, virtual employees do not perform administrative tasks directly on your behalf.
Instead, they analyze the information available in MyDaycare Plus to identify discrepancies, trends, or situations that may deserve your attention.
When they find something useful, they present an observation or recommendation directly in the application.
The goal is not to replace your judgment.
It is to give you an extra pair of eyes on your data.
To start, three virtual employees are already available to join your daycare.
Guy D’Affaires – Office Assistant
Guy keeps an eye on the overall activities of your daycare. He analyzes the data to highlight trends, important information, and situations that may require your attention.
Penny Payette – Accounting Assistant
Penny focuses on accounting, financial, and payroll data. She looks for discrepancies and unusual situations that may be worth reviewing.
Bill Lafacture – Billing Specialist
As his name suggests, Bill focuses primarily on your billing data. He analyzes it to provide useful observations and point out items that may require your attention.
Although each employee has a different specialty, they all share the same mission: look at your data from another angle and help you notice things that might otherwise go unnoticed.
You know your daycare better than anyone.
But the more children, parents, employees, invoices, payments, and other data you manage, the harder it becomes to check everything manually.
The problem is not necessarily that an important piece of information is missing.
Sometimes the information is already there — but spread across several transactions, different periods, or different modules.
That is where virtual employees can help.
They can bring forward a situation that may not have been obvious at first glance and invite you to take a closer look.
You then decide whether that information actually requires any action.
It is exactly the opposite.
We do not want to create another dashboard that you have to remember to check every day.
Virtual employees analyze information for you and come to you when they find something that may be useful.
Fewer manual checks. Fewer things to keep in mind. A better chance of noticing something before it becomes a problem.
No interview.
No résumé.
No probation period.
Simply choose the virtual employee you would like to add to your team and click Hire.
That’s it.
And if you change your mind, you can terminate them at any time.
Want them back later? Simply hire them again. 😊
Yes. Your virtual employees are not there to send you messages just to show that they are working.
If they have nothing useful to report, they stay quiet.
So if you do not receive a message for some time, it may simply mean that they have not found anything that requires your attention.
And in that case, that is probably good news.
When a virtual employee identifies a situation that may be worth your attention, they will send you a message directly in MyDaycare Plus.
You can then review the observation or recommendation and decide whether any verification or action is necessary.
A virtual employee may bring your attention to something you had not noticed.
The final decision always remains yours.
Virtual employees work only with the information MyDaycare Plus makes available to them.
In their current version, they do not modify your data and do not make administrative decisions on your behalf.
They analyze, detect, and recommend.
You always remain in control.
Guy, Penny, and Bill are the first members of this new team, but certainly not the last.
Some virtual employees may eventually leave the team, others may change roles, and new employees may join MyDaycare Plus over time.
This functionality will evolve along with the application and your needs.
So please do not hesitate to share your feedback with us.
Tell us what types of situations you would like your virtual employees to detect and what kinds of analysis would actually be useful to you.
Your feedback will help us continue improving MyDaycare Plus with one simple goal: help you save time, avoid certain mistakes, and save money.
This first version of virtual employees focuses on data analysis and recommendations.
The idea is to continue developing MyDaycare Plus into an application that does more than simply store your information — it should also help you notice what deserves your attention.
Getting started is simple.
Open MyDaycare Plus, choose your new team member, and click Hire.
Maybe they will notice something you didn’t. 🕵️
